HR Forum: Challenging Prejudices – Racism

Our next virtual forum will focus on challenging prejudices.

November 17, 2022 | 10:30 am

Event Detail

Our next virtual forum will focus on challenging prejudices. Although race discrimination has been illegal in the UK since 1976, there is still a considerable way to go, and organisations and HR professionals have a key role to play in stepping up and stamping out prejudices, as well as developing diverse and supportive workplace cultures.

In this session we will focus on:

  • The legal position.
  • Anti-racist workplace cultures – how to be an ally.
  • Unconscious bias.
  • Knowing your privileges.

The session runs from 10.30am – 12pm. Log in details will be sent to you once your booking is complete.

Book your free place.

If you have any questions, please contact Laura Davidson on 01284 717422.
