Employment Law Update

Employment law is constantly on the move. Join us for our annual update as we review the recent changes in employment law and talk about future developments.

November 8, 2019 | 9:15 am

Event Detail

Join us for our annual update where we will be reviewing key developments in employment law. With this seminar hot on the tail of the decision to hold a snap general election and delaying Brexit, we will be looking at how you can help your business navigate through the HR and legal challenges. Drawing upon the issues we regularly see employers grappling with on a day to day basis, and with an eye to changes on the horizon, we will focus on how to:

> successfully manage mental health in the workplace;
> recognise whistleblowing and avoid expensive litigation;
> stand the expanding law of discrimination and mitigate the risks;
> monitor employees and process their data in the wake of GDPR;
> use confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements particularly in light of #MeToo; and
> prepare for other future developments.

In addition, Jamil Qureshi will be joining us for a motivational session on how to turn ambition into achievement.
