Greene & Greene’s Corporate team, led by Partners, Mark Whittaker and Simon Ratcliffe, has played a pivotal role in facilitating the acquisition of Acorn International Network by Bridge Specialty International – Part of the Xenia Broking Group.
Bridge Specialty International, the wholesale and specialty brokerage group of Brown & Brown Europe, has announced its intention to acquire Singapore-based insurance broker Acorn International Network. Subject to regulatory approval from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and other closing conditions, the acquisition is expected to be finalized in the first quarter of 2024.
