Tim Mendes da Costa

Partner

Tim is head of the firm’s Commercial Property Team

Tim became a partner in December 2016 and is now a director of Tim Mendes da Costa Limited, one of our corporate partners. He qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and joined Greene & Greene in 2014; having previously been a partner with a firm in London.

What can Tim do for you?

Tim handles all types of property transactions, both commercial and residential, and has built a good following from his time in London.

He takes a swift and direct approach in order to establish and resolve the key issues at the earliest opportunity. Tim is commercially focused and will look to add-value for his clients wherever possible.

Recent experience includes the sale of a flagship care home in Hertfordshire to a Real Estate Investment Trust for in excess of £20 million, acting for a FTSE listed company on its purchase of a prime development site for its new HQ at Suffolk Business Park and the sale of a major AD-plant operator with sites across the UK for in excess of £30 million.
