Sally Whatley-Brown

Senior Associate Solicitor

Sally is a Specialist Property Lawyer

Sally joined Greene & Greene in April 2021 having qualified as a solicitor in 2003.  She has broad experience in all aspects of commercial property, having trained with and worked for DAC Beachcroft LLP in their Manchester, Leeds and Bristol offices before moving in-house to work for a large SIPP provider in East Anglia. More recently Sally has broadened her expertise, working in the public sector before returning to local private practice.

What can Sally do for you?

Sally handles a diverse caseload and works with individuals, corporate bodies, trusts and public sector organisations on all aspects of commercial property transactions, from acquisitions and disposals, development, option, promotion and overage agreements to leases and licences and adverse possession claims.  Sally is organised, efficient and commercially minded and always focused on the needs of her clients and their individual requirements.

Recent experience includes the letting of regional office and retail space, auction sales and purchases, statutory development agreements and the lease renewal of large ex public sector housing stock.

What else should you know?

Sally enjoys keeping fit and loves walking in the Suffolk countryside with her dogs, husband and three children.  She has combined this love of a good hike with her passion for raising money for good causes to undertake a number of long distance charity walks in recent years. Her dream is to walk the Camino De Santiago.
