Rachel qualified as a Solicitor in 2013. She joined Greene & Greene in September 2022.

WHAT CAN RACHEL DO FOR YOU?

Rachel is a litigator with a focus on complex commercial disputes, civil fraud claims and property disputes. She acts for companies and individuals and has a wealth of experience in asset recovery and the cross-border enforcement of judgments and awards, including obtaining urgent injunctive relief.

Rachel came to Greene & Greene from a London City firm specialising in multi-jurisdictional and high value disputes. Recognised in the directories as a ‘rising star’ in commercial litigation and a ‘consummate professional’, she has wide expertise across banking, finance, international trade and insurance disputes in court and arbitration proceedings.

Rachel recently acted in the worldwide enforcement of one of the UK’s largest-ever divorce awards, including the trial of s.423 claims in England and obtaining a series of injunctive orders culminating in a disclosure ruling against Google in the US and a search order of prime London residential property.
