Helen is a Solicitor in our Employment team

Helen qualified as a Solicitor in September 2025, having joined Greene & Greene to begin her training contract in September 2023. Helen previously gained experience in family and employment matters at ARU Law Clinic.

WHAT CAN Helen DO FOR YOU?

In the Employment team, Helen can assist with a variety of contentious and non-contentious matters for individuals and companies alike, always endeavouring to deliver a high standard of work whilst maintaining deadlines. Client care is at the core of Helen’s values, as she always strives to build meaningful relationships with her clients. Helen is committed to delivering pragmatic solutions tailored to each client’s situation and their unique commercial needs and objectives, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout.

WHAT ELSE SHOULD WE KNOW?

Helen graduated from Anglia Ruskin University in 2022 with a first-class law degree before continuing to study the LPC and LLB at ARU, which she completed in 2023. Outside of work, Helen serves as the Education Representative and Head of Bury Events for the Suffolk and North Essex Junior Lawyers Division (SNEJLD). Helen also volunteers at the Suffolk Law Centre. In her free time Helen enjoys reformer Pilates, travelling to new places, baking and socialising with friends.
