BEE BELBY IS A DISPUTE RESOLUTION LAWYER IN GREENE & GREENE’S HIGHLY-RATED DISPUTE RESOLUTION TEAM

Bee joined Greene & Greene in 2022. Qualifying as a Solicitor in 2016, Bee specialises in Will, Trust, Inheritance and Estate Disputes.

What can Bee do for you?

Bee acts on behalf of beneficiaries, trustees and personal representatives advising on a variety of contentious probate matters including bringing and defending claims under the Inheritance (Provisions for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, Trust and Will disputes including claims against the validity of a Will and applications for the removal of executors and trustees. Bee also specialises in bringing and defending claims for equitable relief founded in doctrines of equity, such as proprietary estoppel and constructive trusts.

Bee also has extensive experience advising on matters relating to Landlord and Tenant, Boundary Disputes, Debt Claims and Adverse Possession.

Bee is an Associate Member of ACTAPS (Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists).
