Zoe Hodge

Senior Associate Solicitor

ZÖE ASSISTS HIGH NET WORTH INDIVIDUALS WITH TAX AND SUCCESSION PLANNING BUT ALSO HAS EXPERTISE IN COURT OF PROTECTION APPLICATIONS.

Zöe qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and joined Greene & Greene’s private client team in February 2020. She has nearly 20 years experience in private client work, having worked in Suffolk her whole career. Zöe is a full member of the Society of Estate Practitioners (STEP). STEP is the leading professional body for trust and estate practitioners worldwide and full members are considered the most experienced and senior practitioners in their field.

Zöe is also an accredited member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers (previously known as Solicitors for the Elderly) having successfully completed the SFE Older Client Care in Practice and SFE Older Client Law in Practice Awards. The Association of Lifetime Lawyers is a community of professionals on a mission to support vulnerable and older people with the right legal advice.

What can Zöe do for you?

Whilst Zöe is proficient in all aspects of private client work, her area of expertise is in long term tax and succession planning for high net worth individuals/families and acting for older and vulnerable clients with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications.

Zöe prides herself on her high client care standards and is always looking at the bigger picture, bringing in her colleagues and other professional advisors should the need arise. This all round service gives her clients peace of mind that nothing has been overlooked.

What else should you know?

Zöe is proud of her Suffolk roots having been born in Eye and other than a few years living in Northampton and Oxford for her degree and Law diploma she has lived in the county. She has three young children who ensure she has very little free time for hobbies!
