SARAH IS A TRUST AND ESTATES PRACTITIONER IN OUR PRIVATE CLIENT TEAM

Sarah joined the firm in 2013 and has worked in the Tax, Trusts, Wills and Probate team since 2015.  She became STEP qualified in 2026 and specialises in advising vulnerable clients.

WHAT CAN SARAH DO FOR YOU?

Sarah can assist with:

  • Applications to the Court of Protection, including deputyship applications, statutory Wills, gifting applications and related matters.
  • Providing advice and support to attorneys and deputies in the exercise of their duties.
  • Preparation of lasting powers of attorney and their registration with the Office of the Public Guardian.
  • Registration of enduring powers of attorney.
  • Day-to-day administration of client affairs under deputyship orders and powers of attorney.

WHAT ELSE SHOULD YOU KNOW?

Sarah was born in Zimbabwe and has lived in the UK since 2003.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending the theatre, reading and long walks with the dogs – weather permitting!
