Rachael began her career in credit control, swiftly completing the Association of Accounting Technicians qualification and moved into Management Accounts covering Insurance, Logistics, Retail & Manufacturing for international companies. After completing CIMA, Rachael spent 4 years as Financial Controller for local firms including Ensors Chartered Accountants, joining Greene and Greene in 2026 as Head of Finance.
