‘Michael Batty is an old-school solicitor – and that is meant as a compliment. Courteous and charming, competent and skilful. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience to draw on, but makes sure he’s up to date. If needs be, he knows how to fight, but more importantly he knows when not to. A class act.’
