Melanie is a specialist family lawyer

Melanie is a partner in the Family & Relationships team and qualified in 2006. She joined Greene & Greene in 2014, advising on all aspects of family law, including divorce and associated finances, cohabitation disputes and children issues.

What can Melanie do for you?

Melanie has particular expertise in relation to pre-nuptial agreements, enforcement of court orders and cross border matrimonial disputes between England and Scotland.

A collaborative lawyer and member of Resolution, she is committed to resolving disputes as constructively and amicably as possible whilst also striving for the best possible outcome for her clients.

Melanie is also a Notary Public.

Outside of work Melanie has maintained longstanding involvement in local voluntary organisations and is now on the board of trustees for Gatehouse.
