Lucy oversees all client onboarding as well as maintaining the Deeds database
Lucy joined Greene & Greene in December 2009 as an Administration Assistant on a maternity cover contract, before joining the Deeds department and later being promoted to Deeds Manager in 2014. Lucy graduated from the University of Leicester in 2009 with a degree in Criminology and has also obtained a diploma in Legal Secretary studies in 2013.
What does Lucy do for the firm?
Lucy oversees all client onboarding tasks including, conflict checks, setting up client records and matters, CDD and making sure these are undertaken in accordance with Client Due Diligence, Anti-Money Laundering, Compliance and other regulatory requirements.
Lucy is also responsible for maintaining the client Deeds and Wills database as well as working with the wider teams to ensure consistency and excellent client service.
What else should you know?
Outside of work, Lucy is a keen traveller and gym goer. She is also a horse enthusiast and part owner of a 4* showjumper ridden by Olympic rider Gemma Stevens.
