Julia is a Legal Director in our Commercial Property Team
Having been with the firm for over 30 years, Julia joined in 1986 and qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 1997.
What can Julia do for you?
Julia deals with diverse transactions, from acting for both Landlords and Tenants of individual commercial properties on new and renewal leases, freehold commercial sales and purchases, and acting for clients and their lenders in respect of funding for acquisitions or re-financing.
She has developed a niche in pro-actively dealing with portfolios of properties for many investors, who entrust her with the management of their assets. Julia’s reputation for providing an accurate and efficient service has meant she has acted for a number of loyal clients that have continued to work with her for over 20 years.
Julia is also familiar with auction sales and purchases. Her clients are increasingly adding to and dealing with their portfolios by this route.
What else should you know?
Julia also enjoys and has had marked success in dealing with adverse possession/mistake claims with H M Land Registry in respect of “missing” land from titles and mistaken registration of land.
Outside of work Julia enjoys keep fit and dance classes.
