Iona qualified in 2020 and joined Greene & Greene as a Associate in its company commercial team after training at a leading law firm in the Thames Valley.
What can Iona do for you?
Iona provides advice on commercial contracts and issues, including terms and conditions, detailed supply and distribution agreements, software contracts, and sponsorship agreements. She is experienced in assisting businesses with their contracts at all stages of their lifecycle. Iona works with businesses in various industries including in motorsport, professional services, technology, automotive and agri-tech, and her recent experience includes drafting and negotiating a complex international commercial agreement valued at £30M with a global corporate entity.
Iona has also advised on a variety of corporate deals, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity investments, and debt financing. Iona’s practice is diverse, being involved in deals of various sizes. Her recent experience includes acting on the multimillion sale of an audio-visual company to an international media entity; the purchase by an Italian corporate of a multi-million stake in a renewable energy company with complex option provisions; and on several rounds of investment by a US investor into a UK infrastructure business.

Outside of work, Iona can be found with paintbrush in hand or curled up reading a new sci-fi novel. She enjoys hiking (or maybe just collecting new hiking gear) and exploring new landscapes at the weekends – both at home and abroad.
