Gillian joined Greene & Greene in August 2022 as a Licensed Conveyancer in our Residential Property team. Gillian qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2006.
WHAT CAN GILLIAN DO FOR YOU?
Gillian acts for individuals in relation to all aspects of residential property including sales and purchases both leasehold and freehold, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, voluntary first registrations of unregistered properties and also selling them. With many years’ experience, there isn’t much Gillian hasn’t seen when it comes to buying and selling homes. She takes pride in her approach to help her clients navigate their sale/purchase in the least stressful way possible.
WHAT ELSE SHOULD YOU KNOW?
Gillian decided to become a Licenced Conveyancer after a particularly stressful house move went wrong when she was moving home. She took the opportunity to change career to find out what buying and selling a property entailed and now endeavours to make the whole process less stressful for her clients.
During Gillian’s career she has been a sole practitioner for six years and has a good client following from her former business.
Gillian recently moved to Suffolk where she enjoys exploring her new surroundings, long walks in the country and learning to play the saxophone.
