Andrew Cooper is a highly rated commercial lawyer

Andrew became a partner in 2015 and is now a director of Andrew P Cooper Limited, one of our corporate partners.

He is a specialist lawyer in Greene & Greene’s highly rated company commercial team. Andrew qualified as a solicitor in 2011, and has been with the firm since 2012.

What can Andrew do for you?

Highly regarded by clients for his level of service and commercial approach, Andrew regularly advises local and national businesses on mergers and acquisitions, detailed corporate restructures, EMI option agreements, and shareholder and partnership agreements.

Andrew also provides advice on a range of commercial contracts and issues, including detailed supply and agency agreements, software contracts, terms and conditions, data protection and GDPR compliance.

What else should you know? 

Andrew is a keen musician and amateur racing driver, and most weekends can be found either on a stage or a race track somewhere around the country! He is also a director of St Edmundsbury Cathedral Enterprises (which operates the commercial activities of the town’s Cathedral) and a director of the 750 Motor Club, which is one of the UK’s largest organisers of amateur motor sport events.
