Greene & Greene Solicitors, based in Bury St Edmunds, is pleased to announce the appointment of three new colleagues across its legal and business services teams: Annabel Mayer, senior associate, property litigation, George Payne, associate solicitor, agriculture & rural affairs, and Rachael Tecklenberg, head of finance.
Annabel Mayer joins our commercial disputes team as a senior associate, specialising in property litigation. Annabel has over 12 years’ experience advising businesses, landowners, landlords, tenants and private individuals across Suffolk and the wider East Anglia region. Her expertise spans commercial and residential property disputes, including lease interpretation and enforcement, dilapidations, rent arrears, forfeiture, lease renewals, possession proceedings, and disputes relating to land and property rights as well as commercial litigation. Annabel is well regarded for her exceptional client service and strong technical skills, which allow her to make a valuable contribution to the team’s work and to client outcomes.
George Payne joins the firm as an associate in our agricultural property team. George brings with him a strong background in rural property and landed estates, having spent several years advising on a wide range of complex agricultural and estate matters. More recently, he has broadened his experience through a period working as sole legal counsel to an internationally owned, family run business based in Suffolk, giving him valuable exposure to commercial decision making and hands on advisory work. George’s practical insight and technical expertise will further strengthen the team and support the continued delivery of a consistently high standard of service to clients.
Rachael Tecklenberg joins Greene & Greene as head of finance. Rachael is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and has over 25 years’ experience in finance. Having developed a broad background across multiple commercial sectors, Rachael will oversee all aspects of the firm’s financial operations and reporting.
