Greene & Greene is proud to be one of only three firms nationally shortlisted in the Responsible Business: Outstanding Firm – DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) category at the Chambers UK Awards 2025 (Winter Edition).
This recognition means a lot to us. It reflects how deeply we care about making a difference — not just through big initiatives, but in the way we work every day. Our Charity, Social, Environmental and Wellbeing (CSEW) Committee has helped shape a culture where people feel empowered, our community is supported, and real change is happening.
The CSEW Committee drives our responsible business approach through the four dedicated subgroups. The Wellbeing team promotes an inclusive, employee-led culture of mental health and work-life balance, while the Environmental subgroup leads our sustainability efforts under a clear net-zero target and our Environmental Pledge 2025. The Charity subgroup champions long-term community investment through the Greene & Greene Foundation Fund, with staff actively involved in fundraising and outreach. Meanwhile, the Social subgroup fosters connection and inclusion across the firm through team-building and shared-interest activities. Together, these groups ensure our values are reflected in everyday actions across the firm.
All of this is supported by a strong governance framework that ensures our foundation remains transparent, inclusive, and resilient.
Martine Swaep, Partner and Chair of the CSEW Committee, commented: “We’re genuinely proud to be recognised at a national level for the work our team has led. This nomination speaks to the strength of our culture and the belief that everyone here plays a part in building a more inclusive, equitable, and sustainable future. It’s a proud moment for all of us — and a reminder of what we can achieve together.”
The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on Wednesday 26 November 2025.
