Greene & Greene is delighted to announce the promotion of Bee Belby from Associate to Senior Associate, effective 1 December 2025. Bee is a key member of the firm’s highly‑rated Dispute Resolution team, specialising in Contentious Trusts & Probate.
Bee joined Greene & Greene in 2022, having qualified as a solicitor in 2016. Since then, she has built a strong reputation for her technical expertise and client‑focused approach. She regularly acts on behalf of beneficiaries, trustees and personal representatives in contentious probate matters, including claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, disputes over the validity of Wills, and applications for the removal of executors and trustees. Bee also has significant experience in equitable claims, including proprietary estoppel and constructive trusts.
Her dedication to excellence is reflected in her full membership of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS), awarded in 2024, and her membership of the Contentious Trusts Association (ConTrA). Bee has also been recognised externally in both independent legal directories Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners High Net Worth Guide.
