Greene & Greene has been working with Nexus Group (Nexus) on its acquisition of various businesses for over 10 years and has recently advised Nexus on its latest acquisitions of two new companies, Credit and Business Finance Limited and Capital Risks MGA Limited.
Credit & Business Finance Limited is a specialist trade credit broker. It has 3 regional satellite offices with its Head Office in Hertfordshire; it is the first acquisition for Xenia Broking Group Limited, the newly formed independent broking arm of Nexus.
Capital Risks MGA Limited is a London based Warranty and Indemnity MGA specialising in providing cover in relation to M&A transactions and IPOs.
The Nexus Group was founded in 2008 and is currently represented in 9 countries, has over 200 employees and is doubling in size every 18 months. It has recently been ranked as number 32 in The Sunday Times BDO Profit Tract 100 league table, which ranks Britain’s 100 private companies with the fastest-growing profits over the last three years. In 2018 Nexus was ranked at 91 and so has achieved a considerable jump over the last 12 months.
The Greene & Greene team advising Nexus was headed up by mergers & acquisition specialists, Simon Ratcliffe, Andrew Cooper and Natalie Stoter at the firm’s office in Bury St. Edmunds.
