Bury St Edmunds based law firm Greene & Greene has advised the management buyout team in their successful acquisition of Taylor Made Joinery Interiors (TMJ Interiors).
The buyout, spearheaded by Tim Coll, Sarah Warren, and Kevin Pryke, represents a pivotal moment for TMJ Interiors, marking a new phase of leadership and growth while staying true to the company’s legacy of excellence.
The Greene & Greene team was led by Corporate Partner, Andrew Cooper and Employment Partner, Greg Jones. The buyout was structured to ensure the stability and continuity of TMJ Interiors’ values and operational integrity. James Taylor, founder of TMJ Interiors, will assume the role of Chairman, providing strategic oversight and support to the new leadership team as Tim Coll steps into the position of Managing Director.
