We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the sale of Miles & Barr Holdings Limited, a leading estate and lettings agency in the UK.
The transaction involved a series of intricate corporate reorganisations, including the removal of companies from the group, together with the establishment of a new entity, leading up to the sale of the business to Lomond, a prominent group of leading lettings and sales agents across the UK. This transaction required the expertise and collaboration of a multidisciplinary team.
Simon Ratcliffe, Managing Partner, led the transaction with significant contributions from key members of the Corporate team: Andrew Cooper, Partner, Mark Williams, Consultant, and Jonathan Hewett, Associate. This marks the end of a successful journey in the firm’s relationship with Miles & Barr, having previously assisted the management team in their management buyout of the Miles & Barr group in 2020.
