The Employment Lawyers Association’s Covid-19 Working Party has published a paper which identifies issues in respect of which guidance was required to assist employers and employees/workers to re-enter the workplace. In this paper, they summarise the key areas of the most recent guidance and consider whether the issues it previously identified have been addressed.
