- A complex boundary dispute involving the location of boundaries, rectification of title, entitlements to easements, adverse possession, proprietary estoppel and related issues; and
- Acting for overseas landlords of a residential property in Suffolk against a tenant, who was a member of the US services. This matter gave rise to jurisdictional issues and has resulted in enforcement action being taken against the tenant in the USA.
