Department: Property Litigation – Disputes
PQE: 5 years + PQE
About you
Essential experience:
Proven experience in advising clients on a wide range of property litigation matters.
Desirable experience:
Experience of wider commercial disputes would be advantageous but not essential.
Knowledge and skills
You must be able to:
- Manage own caseload
- Manage own financial housekeeping
- Conduct meetings with clients both face to face and remotely
- Assess legal issues and advise accordingly / conduct legal research / advise on costs and scope of work
- Draft documents and letters of advice
- Have good business development experience and skills
- Keep up to date with law and practice
- Have excellent communication and team skills

The department
The successful candidate will sit within our wider Tier 1 Ranked (Legal 500(UK) 2023) Commercial Disputes team. The team are known for their practical, tactical, and quick advice, delivering the highest standard of client service.
